I bought a fit kit, I had been measured for a medium frame and small nose piece but when I got the fit pack my nose didn't fit intothe small nose piece, I couldn't breath and the fit packs only come with Medium Wide nose pieces. med wide was to big and the ones I ordered from Amazon, Medium size fit perfectly, reasonable price for two nose pieces. I would suggest also purchasing the head gear that has the plastic form head piece connectors. The head piece stays in place while sleeping if you move around a lot in bed.

While these look and feel just like the genuine branded nasal pillows I've been using for years, for some reason, they chafed my skin at the point where my nose joins at the top of my lip, creating a painful sore. I thought the first one I tried was just faulty, so I replaced it with the other one, but it did the same thing. So, it was a waste of money (for me, at least). Sigh. Should've guessed the price was too good to be true. Next time, I'll shell out more for the genuine article... :(
