I just finished the 10 day cleanse with this product. The first couple of days it has a weird effect on me where it made my nose run a bit, but in a good way because it cleared up my sinuses by that happening. I also felt a bit more energetic than usual. Around day 6 - 8 I was hoping to feel fantastic as some others had sad, but sadly that did not really happen for me, however the cleanse was working as in things were being digested/passed more regularly which is good. Today I completed the 10th day. I did not notice any gross things in my flushables as some did lol, but overall I would say this was a good experience if you can handle taking 6 pills a day.

I only took half of the recommended dose. Very interesting things happened to me to say the least! Sugar cravings went away as well as my non stop desire to eat! My joints quit hurting as bad, Sinus problems subsided and anxiety seemed to lessen. I have had chronic pain and a number of other ailments for years and this seemed to make me feel new again. I Will do this at least once a year from now on. I lost weight and felt energized. I did have some die off symptoms on night 4, on day 5 I found out why!! Just try it.

I don't ever leave reviews. But I do have to say that I have tried quite a few intestinal cleanses. So whatever the recommended dosage on the bottle I usually take about 10 pills for quicker reaction times. I bought 2 bottles and tried the 1st one at the recommended dosage and it didn't work. Just started on the 2nd one and am on the 3rd day of taking 10 pills at a time with 10.5 ph Kangen water. If you don't know anything about electrolyzed alkaline water do your research. These pills in combination with alkaline water packs a powerful punch. The dieoff is kind of intense but thats where black lemonade comes in to kill those symptoms. i.e. charcoal+ lemon+water. Let me be clear if u start to include alkaline water with your cleanse please be careful and do your research if you are taking medications. It tends to counteract what you are taking. Basically detoxing your system of anything unnatural. You can start with a lower ph. Now back to the pills I would suggest if you can handle it. Definitely a higher dosage. And stick with it. My skin is softer, higher energy levels, clearer eyesight, head feels clearer. This is a great product. I have not been paid in any way by this company to leave a good review. Not sure if/how well these work. I tried per directions in 3 multi-day batch tests, other than making my heart race for @20min after an hour or 2, then normal, no other real signs it did anything. No energy boosts, no extra poops, no signs dead worms in poop, just no real result despite 3 trials with gaps in between to prevent overdose issues or complications. Active ingredients are listed as bunch of herbs known to help with this, but no info on label re dosage or amount of each, so unclear what amount one is really buying/taking.

Got this from reading reviews. didn't seem to make a difference to me but who knows, might be a subtle change that's needed but not noticed. Didn't upset my tummy or anything else.
