As a mom to a very active toddler, finding a sunscreen that keeps up with my little one has been a challenge. Yes, it's a bit on the expensive side compared to other options, but when it comes to protecting my son's delicate skin, it's worth every penny.We've spent countless hours at the beach, with my son darting around like a tiny, blonde blur, far from the safety of the umbrella. Despite this, he hasn't burned once. The high zinc content provides excellent protection, though it does make it a bit tricky to rub in. With some good pressure, though, I manage to get it evenly spread, and my son doesn't seem to mind at all.The only minor hiccup is getting it fully absorbed on his scalp. As a proud mom of a little blond baldie, I find that it takes a few minutes for the lotion to settle in on its own. But once it does, it offers great coverage without leaving a greasy residue.The scent is another plus—pleasantly floral but not overpowering. It adds a nice touch to the sunscreen without feeling like a perfume overload.

This is the only sunscreen that my daughter who has eczema can wear without breaking out.

I used this on my one-year-old every day for the last two months and it worked great! We were outside for several hours each day in the summer sun and not a single burn or irritation. It is zinc based so it does leave a visible white layer on the skin at first, but it tends to soak in after a little while. Believe it or not, my baby didn't feel self conscious about looking pale for a little while, and I felt better being able to see that I covered everything I needed to. Sure he fussed at first while I was putting it on, because he's a baby, but he became more cooperative when he realized that this meant he got to go outside!
