Mild, diary-free curry sauce
Almost hate to review this since I’d rather keep all to myself. This specific sauce is a mild, family friendly, and dairy- free curry sauce. A most magical combination!

Excellent and spicy for most meals.
When my partner picks up food from the local Indian Restaurant, which is very good, I use this sauce instead of the restaurant's sauce, ouch!It is a bit spicier than the "mild" label and that is perfect for me.Really nice blend of spices for great flavor.Very rich sauce.I only use about a quarter cup for my meal.I use it for various meals to add a bit of kick, even an Italian meal with tomato sauce. It has chunkiness from some of the spices like onions. It's a bit expensive, but I use it for about 4 or 5 meals, so not too bad.

Kashmiri Curry tastes like restaurant biryani flavor. Good!
This Amazon page covers reviews for all the Maya Kaimal flavors but reviewers sometimes don’t mention the flavor they’re reviewing. So far I’ve only tried the Kashmiri which we like a lot. It is only a little spicy, like mild in a restaurant, and tastes very similar to the Indian dish Biryani vegetables/chicken/whatever. One jar flavors about enough food for 2 although if you like it very intense it’s possible you’d want more. We have an inexpensive Chinese restaurant close by. We order cheap steamed vegetables to take home, add rice and the Kashmiri sauce and quickly heat through with sauce. Still turns out cheap.

Tasty!
Tastes great and easy to use! Didn’t have any overpowering flavor which Indian sauces sometimes do. Would definitely recommend and buy again

Great for an easy & delicious dinner
I saute one chopped onion in a pan, add chopped carrot and/or zucchini, add chicken thighs to get some color on both sides, then add Maya Kaimal sauces. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Serve it over lentils. So delicious but also so easy.

Most Definitely Will Buy Again
I used Maya Kaimal Simmer Sauce Curry with ground chicken, garbanzo beans (chickpeas) and sliced fresh carrots then added some extra coconut milk. I simmered it for 1/2 hour on low heat and poured over Brown rice. It fed my family and a poor older neighbor next door. We are all very happy with this fabulously delicious Curry Sauce.

Delicious!
Delicious! Loved it! Sauteed shrimp and veggies and let them simmer in this sauce and it turned out great. I added coconut milk, a little cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes to add a little more kick. Easy and delicious! This will be my "go to" curry sauce from now on.

It add color and a remarkable flavor either to the pasta sauce or steamed veggies . what I like the most about it is the mild Curry flavor of it. Highly recommended.
