Didn't everyone weave for mom lots of potholders on a red metal loom? And wind up with hurt fingers in the process? This wood loom is so much nicer, easier to use, and safer. Learning crafts teaches skills and encourages development in many areas. 8" square loom comes with 3/4 pound of mostly cotton loops in assorted colors. Recommended for ages 4 years and up. Natural Wood color. Handmade in USA.

Beautifully made artisan tool
My daughter received this for Christmas last year and it is a well constructed and sturdy tool. When we first got it, we used a bit of wood glue to glue the pegs in tighter but they have never come out and she has made a lot of pot holders. Other people are complaining about the loops that comes with it, but we prefer them WAY more than the neon super stretchy nylon loops that come with the plastic loom kits. These 100 % cotton loops are not as stretchy but will stretch to fit the loom just fine, and we love that they have a much more artisan and folk/vintage look than the neon colored ones. She has sold some of her pot holders and will be selling more at a craft fair this winter. Thank you for the beautiful folk, wood tool for her rather than the cheap plastic toy.

So disappointed!!
I had high hopes for this loom. I wanted to use it in my Montessori classroom. However, it came in pieces, which means in order for me to use it right away as planned/hoped, I had to glue it myself. Not worth the price I paid for it. Maybe if it was shipped in a box instead of a vinyl envelope like clothing usually is, it may have held up better in the shipping process. I'm so disappointed, especially with something made here in the USA - in WV, where my husband is from!

Wooden Pot Holder Loom
I had a metal loom when I was a kid. It was flimsy but I had a great time with it. When I found this wooden loom, I couldn't resist and I'm delighted with it. It's very well built, sturdy and easy to use. I use it as an adjunct to my floor loom when small projects are impractical on the larger one.

poor quaility
It was hard to do for my 8 year old granddaughter and she is very intelligent. Loops were all different sizes.

Waste of money
The loom is good however, the loops are junk. Many unusable or have fuzzy fringe which are also unusable. For $30. it's a rip off. Sending back
