RAW, not roasted
These are RAW peanuts, not roasted. The package doesn’t specify. I found out the hard way. They taste similar to raw green beans or raw snap peas. They do NOT taste anything like peanut butter or roasted peanuts. They appear to be high quality, but I’m sensitive to mold and cannot take a risk on eating them.

Awful -- Worst Peanuts We've Ever Eaten
These are the worst peanuts I've eaten. I appreciate they are organic and unsalted... I like that... but, regardless, these taste disgusting... they taste rancid, old, stale... just awful. I tried hard to eat them a couple times... as well as others in my family... and we gave up and tossed them in the trash. I do not recommend.

i'm sorry to report that the bag i received were not good. maybe they spoiled, expired date just two months away. I threw them out and got a refund from Amazon. There are so many great reviews, maybe i just got an old bag.
