can it fit 2023 kia soul ?

The holes are off alignment, I returned the item. I’d purchase something better quality.

So if it only comes with 2 screws how do we put the other one?

There are only two holes on the plate. See photos.

The buttons that are supposed to cover the screw don't stay on. Can you please provide detail instruction?

I can’t provide any detail instructions since I am not the one u purchased from. But as one who bought the same license cover I have had no issue with buttons coming offf. It has been on my truck for months with no problem
