Very prompt turnaround from placing my order to receiving product. Delayed from opening package and discovered that this item has a warranty which can be activated by scanning a QR code located on protective packaging around the cassette itself. Has to be done within 15 days. I'm not able to receive the code via scan so will try again by accessing website included as an optional alternative to scanning.

The cleaning fluid broke my walkman because it spilled as I was putting it on the cleaning tape. You are better off using q-tip and rubbing alcohol.

Great Product .Gets the job done

Be careful, read instructions before using product on my Sony Walkman. Once it was done I used a cassette and it started playing these weird chirping noises that my cassette player wasn’t making before. I hope I didn’t ruin or damage my Walkman using this product. I cannot recommend this, buyer beware!!!

Used on an older cassette player hoping it would help the music cassette run smoother and better. It didn’t work, but then the unit was old. Old car, old unit. Glad we tried it. It probable works well and the price is good. Should you buy and try? It’s worth trying, all cassette players are not the same and it might be just what you need.
