Absolute brilliant just watch your fingers. Lovely handles and look very very expensive. Dont put in dishwasher from previous experience handles will go dodgy

Damascus steel knife setI was sent this in return for my honest opinion on it.This is a beautiful knife block set, that would look fab in any kitchen. The block is all black, with four anti slip feet on the base. This feels nice and sturdy, durable too. I really like the shape of this and the fact that it's not too large in size, at roughly 25cm x 13.5cm x 21cm. I like the way the knives are presented in the block and how easy they are to slip in an out.The knives are absolutely beautiful, they are definitely aesthetically pleasing to look at. The handles are roughly 12.5cm long, these feel strong and secure, good for those who are heavy handed and break handles a lot!There is a knife sharpener, which works well, these types of sharpeners have never been my preferred method but my partner can use them easily. You also get a decent pair of shears, which chop food brilliantly.The pieces you get are -• Shears 25cm• Sharpener 33cm• 8" Chef knife• 7" Santoku knife• 8" Bread knife• 8" Slicing knife• 5.5" Utility knife• 3.5" Paring knifeThese knives make chopping food really easy, even when I chopped my butternut squash, the knife slid through it so nicely I was impressed.We have had Damascus steel knives before and whilst these do look, feel and work the part, I thought the layers looked patterned as such but this could just be the way the steel folds have landed.I can't deny these were more than I thought they would be, I was expecting something high but I thought around £150-200, if they were a bit cheaper, I would recommend them. They are fantastic knives that should last a long time, so they're a good investment I would of thought.

Presented perfectly with a superior quality craftsmanship design, this set has had alot of compliments from visitors as it does clearly stand out with stylish handles and a classy colour block. So the integrated design is sturdy and durable for purpose and far from easy to break, also nice & straight forward to clean for convenience and these are no doubt designed to last especially with the included sharpener to keep the blades fit for purpose. Also they are lightweight versatile to use and perfectly balanced, be very careful though as they are sharp compared to a conventional set, and with the price difference i can definitely see the difference compared to a standard set and make life easier for everyday use for food prep etc.Therefore I highly recommend this set and pleased to recommend it

These are brilliant knives and also genuine 67 fold Damascus steel and not that cheap Damascus effect steel, the handles are very well done and the weight of the knives are perfectly balanced, I really cannot fault them, especially at this price point for the quality of the set it is value for money, the block is again just as high quality and a nice solid block, all in all, absolutely brilliant set, highly recommended to all.

Comfortable enough to use ,but handles look very cheap , will be sticking to global Knifes in the future
