Hey, so I've been having some serious neck and back pain for over a year now. It's all because I spend way too much time hunched over my laptop in a terrible position. It got so bad that I couldn't even sleep on my side without hurting my neck and waking up in agony. I had to force myself to sleep flat on my back, staring at the ceiling. But then, this amazing pillow came into my life and changed everything! I'm telling you, it's a lifesaver. I can finally sleep on my side again without any pain. If you're having trouble sleeping because of neck or back pain, I highly recommend giving this pillow a try. This is a no brainer for anyone who wants not just a good night's sleep but a great night's sleep.

EDIT: Revising the star rating because the company contacted me and sent me another product in lieu of the pillows. The smell is still there after 3 washes, I have discarded the pillows. They offered to send me a replacement, although they mentioned that the smell comes from the packaging material and may reoccur. Hence, I choose to go with a bedsheet and pillow cover for the replacement.Even though there was a hassle in the to-and-fro to resolve the issue, I'm satisfied with the customer support team, they have at-least proactively helped resolve the issue and have eventually shipped something else. (I still ended up losing a 1000 rs. because there is a difference between the pillow price and the bedsheet I took as replacement, but I guess top marks to the customer service representative)-------- Original Review - Left Untouched --------I should have seen the frequently asked questions before I places the order.The pillows stink. They stink to an extent that it is unusable.Are they soft? Yes.Does it have “SMART” grid? Yes.Is it usable? NO!Why? Cos the smell isn’t just a random fragrance, it is stench of 100 chemicals burning through your nose.It has been over a month. I’ve been waiting for the stench to go away, but it doesn’t.I kept in sunlight, kept in an airy room, everything. Nothing helps.Would have returned if possible. But I was naive enough to assume that such a highly reputed seller is selling something usable.I wish I’d returned immediately upon unpacking.Happy to continue using if there is a genuine way of getting rid of the smell.I have a toddler and am also afraid for his chemical contamination.

So many pillows have I tried before I bought this one. The problem with the memory foam is that it has a return pressure that is applied to your head and that is always bad for those with migraine and tension headaches.This pillow with all the qualities of a memory foam does not have the return pressure and behaves almost like water. It disperses the pressure away from the point of force.Thanks to this pillow, my sleeps have become comfortable and less frightening that I might wake up with a painful neck.I am also purchasing the cervical option available on their websiteUpdate 2: The cervical option that i bought from their website did not behave like this particular pillow at all. In fact it was hard foam and it only increased my headaches. Just buy the normal pillow

The Pillow is made from some kind of plastic composite material which smells really bad. It is super heavy. So hard that my whole body ached. I woke up at midnight feeling really bad because of the pillow. As soon as I stopped using it, I became feeling better. The worst is the smell, terrible.
