Well, My dentist wanted $500 bucks for a Mouth Guard to prevent me from wearing down my teeth by grinding while I slept. I just couldn't see it so I bought your product, followed instructions, with just the Lower Guard, fitted, and It works Perfect! I do not spit it out at night, it is comfortable, doesn't bother my sleeping habits at all. and It was about $15 bucks! and You get 6 guards, (3 large upper, and 3 small lower)

Great product and QUICK receipt. Love that there are several guards provided and following the self-moulding instructions works like a charm. A custom guard at a small fraction of the price dentists charge. I have a $250 pro guard and this one is more comfortable.

I have only used this for a few days and it seems to be helping with my TMJ. I don't seem to be in as much pain as usual, but time will tell.The product was easy to use our granddaughter read me the instructions and did the timer...I have had to make a few adjustments cutting it down because I used the larger tray. It sis shrink down but mot just quite enough, the small tray would have been way to small.

Don't waste your money. Product does not work. After several attempts of following the instructions to mold the guard to fit, nothing worked. And judging by the poor English in the instructions, I'm not terribly surprised. I tried this so I could replace my dentist-made night guard, made of acrylic and very much requiring me to bite down in order to mold it to me teeth. This product stressing NOT to bite down makes me wonder. And it just doesn't work.

This is a very good buy. For the price of one mouth guard in most pharmacies, you get three pairs of different-sized guards. The instructions for fitting are extensive and very clear. I made one upper teeth mold from both sizes and tried both for sleeping, then continued wearing the one that was more comfortable -- but both worked well.

I'm one of those people who REALLY grinds their teeth. I've gone through 2 professional dentist mouth gaurds (literally ground through them), I've bought countless over the counter moldable ones. This brand molded really well, fit all the way back to my molars and is really comfortable to wear. When I grind through these, I'll definitely purchase more.

Was not what I was expecting. It is bulky, and does not really stay in your mouth. I got this because I thought I lost my mouthguard I had made at the dentist, but ended up finding it. I tried to use it one night, but it would not stay. I even molded 2 of them just to make sure I had not done something right. It may be for some, but not for me...

This is awesome... saves so much money from going to dentist for grinding issues...Good job to this company... I'll keep buying them as needed...I recommend this to anyone... comfortable and super easy to use...
