Best purchase for bike
This is exactly what I needed. Works great. Installs easily. Metal is plenty robust enough for my 250 lbs. It has never bent and I will occasionally lean back against it pretty aggressively. This does a nice job of taking the stress off your lower back. It is a great product that has proven to be very well made. Also rocks to be able to quickly pull it off if you want.

Easy to install on my 2007 Vulcan 1500 Classic…
Easy 10 minute install, and comfortable. The only knock is it would be great if they could design a way to click it into place instead of wrapping electrical tape to tighten the feel.Update: Very comfortable, love it!

fast delivery, easy to install.
Received the backrest four days sooner then expected, which was awesome. Installation was easy. haven't used it on a long ride yet, but added comfort on the few short trips I have taken. It seems to come out easier than I would like. It would be nice if it came with some sort of locking mechanism, but for the price it is great so far.

Nice
Little loose but taped the tongue to tightened up as directions stated. It’s real nice and comfortable. Thank You Alby

Quality Product, Reasonably Easy Install
Looks great and functions well on my 2003 Vulcan 1500. I did have to make a minor modification to the passenger seat pan to allow the backrest to travel fully into the mount, but the seat pan on the Vulcan is plastic so a box cutter and about 2 minutes took care of it. Total install time of about 15 minutes including some head scratching on why it wasn't going in properly. Would buy from this company again!

The seat bends
The frame for the seat is cheap medal. As you ride and lean into the seat it bends back further and further. Eventually it's like you are in a recliner trying to ride. It's cheap and better then nothing but I am 100٪ replacing jt and would not reccomend unless you are broke

Could use some fore/aft adjustability
Backrest is well made and easy to install but personally it forces me too far forward for comfort on long rides so I removed it and have it stored in one of my saddle bags so that I can use it when/if my back gets tired.
