Healthier Way Gluten Free Sweet Potato Flour, 24 oz.

Wow, this flour tastes so good and smells amazing. I will definitely order it again!Update: I use this flour all the time. Due to gastritis and esophageal trouble I've eliminated a lot of food from my diet. I've found that I do fine with sweet potatoes so I thought I'd try this to expand my diet. I usually just throw a tablespoon of this flour with a tablespoon of a healthy oil and mix with an egg and sea salt. Then I microwave in a mug for 70 seconds. After not eating any grains for awhile, the muffin tastes so flavorful and even a little sweet (I think baking soda would make it rise more but I am not eating that right now). In fact, my toddler also loves these muffins and I like being able to whip up a quick yet healthy treat. The flour is a bit thick and I think it would replace coconut flour really well. Anyway, just wanted to update that I use it everyday and still love it!

It was a little too sweet, and too full of sweet potato flavor for me. Works fine, just didnt care for the flavor

I am pleasantly surprised at the high quality of Healthier Way sweet potato flour. I have used it to make the tastiest pancakes and wonderful mashed sweet potato casserole. The flour is fresh, ground fine, and is easy to combine with other ingredients. I will purchase again.

Yea it has a weird old sweet potato taste... even added cinnamon and vanilla extract.. really wanted some allergen free sweet potato pancakes. Maybe I need to master using this flour but right now I don’t like the taste or consistency of it.

It has a strange spice flavor to it. I thought it would go perfectly with pumpkin, but it just overpowered it. It also makes a dense bread.

This flour rocks for making deserts such as cookies and cakes without wheat flour. It is on the sweet side so I don't recommend it for things that should not be sweet. It rises very well with baking soda.

This is a delicious flour and in my opinion smells nice. I pair it with rich flour and potato starch and it works well in many recipies. It also has much higher fiber content than a lot of gluten free flours.

The product performs as expected. My only complaint is concerning the sealing of the package. The first package I ordered became unglued and spewed flour throughout my complete order, ruining it. This order was usable, but there was still some flour residue among the other things in the package.
