Not really 8 by 10 and Glittery, not Metallic
The frame is not a full 8 by 10. You have to trim the picture to get it to fit and THEN it still cuts off part of the picture with the frame so you lose a lot of the picture. Also, not sure the description accurately explains that the frame is glittery!! It's not attractive at all. Mine were shipped in a mailer so all the glass was broken... :(

Lousy paint job
Disappointed. For the price, I had low expectations. It didn't meet my low expectations. Color missing on two areas of the frame. It appeared that it was spray painted while being held by someone or something, but they never painted the areas where it was held. Also, it was much darker blue than appeared in the photo.

Terrible quality. Arrived broken. Am sending it back and I don’t want a replacement.

Dark Blue
As one other reviewer mentioned, the frame is a darker shade of blue than what appears in the picture. But it is very pretty and well made.

It is an extremely bright color... not ...
It is an extremely bright color...not at all what is pictured here as a lighter blue. It is definitely a metallic and bright blue.
