I've been taking this for about 3 months and have noticed general overall swelling in ankles and wrists go down. Vitamiss Omega bottle received Aug 2018. Bottom of bottle indicates "LOT: 60909-1 EXP 12/2018. Smells & tastes horrible. Waste of money, will be going into the trash!
