At full price, these battery packs are kind of expensive relative to the Shark Navigator Freestyle I purchased it for. (Almost 1/2 the price of the vacuum!) However, I first tried a cheaper off-brand and it would only charge enough to run my vacuum for about 5 minutes at a time. Before deciding it was a lost cause, I searched for what, other than a bad battery would cause the problem and saw others had had issues with off-brand batteries. Then I was lucky enough to find an Amazon Warehouse return marked down to just under $35 so I thought, why not give it a shot. Now my vacuum is back charging enough to run for 20 minutes or more so I'm very pleased.

In our search for a replacement battery, we ordered lesser priced batteries for our vacuum but none of them quite fit the machine. If you are wondering which replacement battery to order, you can't go wrong ordering this Genuine Replacement Battery. It is worth the extra money.

This new battery fixed my Shark Navigator right up! The vac got to where it would only run for half a minute after being charged, so I ordered this new battery from Amazon, and now it works perfectly again. It came fully charged and ready to go.

I purchased a replacement battery for my Shark Navigator #SV1106 in February of 2019 from Amazon seller Tidy Vacuum/Tidy Clean/ EUROPRO. I contacted them via email through Amazon to replace the replacement battery I had puchased. They responded with “Our batteries are directly from Shark and top quality.” “Troubleshoot with your charger.” I replied with “ I have paid a vacuum service center to check all parts of my Shark and YES IT IS A BAD BATTERY!” They have yet to respond!! Today I purchased a new battery directly from Shark, costing exactly the same as I paid for it from Europro/Amazon....VERY DISAPPOINTED! The 2 batteries together cost as much as the vacuum originally priced at!!
