These gummies are effective and feel like a solid way to support my energy levels without having to rely on fish oil. They’re good for my skin and easy to take, though the flavour can get a bit too sweet if you have more than the two you're suppose to have. Overall it’s a reliable supplement that fits well with my lifestyle. Plus they're pleasantly chewy!
