I liked this book a lot. Personally I have limited time for reading efforts and this book kept me going pretty easily while getting in touch with Kaizen. The book has different chapters with an individual focus on topics in which the author describes steps on how to proceed the Kaizen-way. I found that a.) easy to read b.) useful because of practical examples and c.) enlightening on what Kaizen focusses on.

This is by far the best book I have ever read. Tips, advice and so much more is crammed in here, it's a reference guide all in one.

The book is Superb !! If you really the whole thing, you will definitely understand the philosophy of small changes. I recommend.

This is a nicely written and though provoking book particularly for those in management - similar in some ways to the likes of the One Minute Manager style of books. Raises questions rather than providing comprehensive answers - this book presents a method of thinking rather than a definitive strategy. Worth a read. I liked it.

Short and to the point, this book can be read in a day. It is thought provoking and can be used in everyday life. I like the case studies involved and the companies it uses to explain the model.
