Wat I like is it works just fine. The dislike is the cleaning after use but it was worth the money spent.

Works as expected, but can damage a counter top, so I moved to my garage/shop work bench!

Ordered last October. Used once after receiving it to try it out. Got it out again today to try to use it and it’s already stripped and unusable. We thought this was supposed to be a quality cast product. Very disappointed.

It works for now. The mounting screws are a bit flimsy, might need replacement after some use.The shaft was a bit off center, it grinds harder for part of the rotation, this results in some inconsistency in the grind. Good product, room for improvement.

I don't recommend this product.

The fit and finish is about average or less (what do you expect for the price). There was no care used in the assembly process. The hopper on top has gaps that allow product to fall out while in use and there is casting flash on every cast part).The grind adjustment does not work as I think it should. There is a cotter pin holding the adjustment nut in place, and the front wing nut does not appear to have a function. When it is loosened for courser grind, everything becomes so lose you can't use it. So, I'm using spacers between two of the parts, and it is fixed at a specific grind form me (course coffee for cold brewing).

I was contacted by customer service and seller took care of the issue, they very interested to solve quality issues with their product, replacement works now for me.Bad quality, one part the hopper is too small to fit into the body. I will return it.
