The cost might be a deterrent, but during cold season these are a life saver. The supplement contains many herbs and extracts, even Chinese ones. The potency and quality is great, the brand is trusted and tested. I took these even as others in the house were sick and never caught the cold. Two weeks after the bottle ended I got sick, it made me a believer. These are odorless, tasteless and easy to swallow. You take 3 a day so it's only a 30 day supply. If they were cheaper I would take all year, but I see a high value in taking fall to spring. My immune system is super while taking this supplement.

I like this supplement because of its focus on TCM and the inclusion of astragalus. The top 2 ingredients are astragalus extract and isatis extract which are both powerhouses for immunity and healthy aging. My only problem with this supplement is the non transparent dosages. We don't know what the extract potency is or the dosage of it so you just have to kind of trust that it's effocaciously dosed. That being said, it seems to be effective and helped me when I was sick multiple times. I would appreciate more transparency on the label. The pills are easy to swallow and don't have flavor, and a dose is 3 capsules.

I have only tried a couple different Chinese medicine supplements, however out of those two I tried, one was the most effective supplement I ever took. Based on this experience I do believe Chinese medicine does have some ancient wisdom and it's not all ineffective or made up remedies. Upon buying these previous Chinese medicine supplements, I do remember seeing this specific supplements name. I have not had the cold or flu but I'm taking this now to make sure my immune system stays strong during the fall and winter. I can't guarantee this will work for you or you'll notice anything from it, but it seems promising and seems to be good quality and for that reason I give it 5 stars.
