These things are awesome! Makes cleaning up counters a breeze. I use them under crock pots, waffle makers and electric skillets mostly. They work great

I wanted a cooktop cover for my induction range that would cover the entire surface so I could put my smaller cover from my previous range on top. I love the decorative covers, but the one I have just didn't cover enough of the glass top to provide protection when not in use. I tried to find a bigger one but they just don't seem to make them. I cut this one with a box cutter using a metal ruler as a guide. It now fits my cooktop perfectly and I can use the decorative one on top. I had a good size piece left over, so I cut it in half to use as utensil rests along each side of my cooktop when I'm cooking. The covering is easy to use and highly functional. It doesn't slip around and is the perfect thickness to just blend in on top of my range. It wipes clean with a damp cloth. It protects my cooktop from fingerprints and dust when it's not in use. It also provides protection when using the microwave above it. For me it was a great value for the money and I am thrilled I found it. You can see it on my cooktop under the decorative covering in my photos. It blends perfectly.

I bought this to use on top of our new Induction Cooktop. I trimmed it to fit, completely covering the glass cooktop. I use it to protect the cooktop while I'm cooking. Spills wipe up easily, the silicone is washable (although turmeric and curry stain the grey mat, and MOST IMPORTANT TO ME, the glass cooktop is protected from scratches while moving hot pots and pans around. The mat does not move under my pans. Wipe it with a damp sponge, dry it, roll it up until it's needed. Any silicone residue on the cooktop wipes up easily. One added benefit; while the mat is thick enough to protect, it's thin enough so that heating efficiency isn't adversely affected. I'm buying a new one in black. Maybe the stains won't show . . .

I do not like my stone countertops so I tried using a silicone mat to cover some of it. It does help soften the counter surface so it is less likely to break things I set down too hard, and less cold. It is durable and thick enough to lie flat, yet it is easy to cut into shape to fit where you need. Things tend to stick to silicone, so I wipe it clean with a wet cloth regularly. It slips around a little, but easy to put back into place. I've had it a while now, it lies flat. It's very flexible but if you have it folded for too long it would form a crease, that would come out in time. With a lot of use it doesn't show any wear, so it holds up well.

It is as described and I'm super happy I got it - I place it over the glass top of my stove burners in my camper, and this helps to not hit the glass all the time and gives extra workspace when the stove top isn't being used. It is also easy to roll up when I need to set aside and it is easy to clean as well.

Comes lightly folded in a box, I keep mine rolled up and stacked in slot I made, underneath the tops lip on one side. Much larger than I expected but not a bad thing, when gluing up large items that space is nice to have. cleaning is easy , I allow the adhesive to dry than peal off the glue. If it gets stuff like dust on it, I just rinse it off, let it dry and roll back up and back into its storage. Thickness is good. I don’t use it as a cutting board or for storing stuff on it so expect a pretty good life span. It is durable enough and performs well for my needs. (Leather working) My work table top is HPDP slab and when rolled out this pad doesn’t seem to slide around, no chasing my project around. For a kids art station, might tape the edges so the little ones aren’t catching the edges or trying to use scissors on it. Plus it is large enough to cover most child size tables or a good area of where ever they play and create.

I purchased this mat for work in newly refurbished office space for the coffee maker in lieu of a hot plate, and esthetics. It's perfect next to my No Parking sign.

We are undertaking an extensive renovation and I purchased this mat to protect my new induction cooktop as works for on around it. Now it’s here I can think of many many uses for it once our renovation is done. Very pleased.

Size is true ro what's written. Very strong material. Comes folded in 4ths, and there are folding creases but gets straightened and dissappears when may opened and starting its use 2 to 3 days later. Washes very well. Looks very clean when placed on a flat quartz counter in kitchen.
