Rating = 4.5 All parts received... Good All parts are strong and sturdy... Good But structural stability is but lacking..... Use for water free areas/ room... As this rack uses wooden board , rack cannot be used for area which oftenly comes in contact with water .... Due rain the metal parts may get rusted...

This is really good and useful. Taxing on arranging it, took whole 3 hrs for 2 people but worth it. Price is bit on higher side but overall happy with this product

Good enough quality, some of the z small plates were slightly bent but other than that smooth, assembly is easy enough. The hammer provided however was very very cheap quality and broke itself in like 2 slot in

Misleading product images
Terrible experience for a new product purchase. First time delivery had missing components. And it was not new. Clear signs of use (mis-use). Replacement product also turned out to be used and not new. Please see attached photograph of deformed/bent connecting member. 3 such connecting members were deformed from previous assembly attempt. So much time/effort wasted for a supposedly fun and satisfying DIY project...i gave up on contacting Amazon customer care for another replacement. The instructions that come along as a single sheet of paper and the video on Amazon website are lacking and not of much use. As for the product...the description and images are misleading. - NO rubber feet. It is hard plastic. - Multiple configurations for assembled product shown in photographs is NOT possible. You can either make a 5 shelf or 3+2 shelf. Overall, for DIY shelving...give this a miss. The product presentation is misleading and downright cheating. Instead, the Amazon Basics DIY shelves are bomb proof. I have 3 units of different sizes...and i cannot recommend them enough!
