I originally ordered three small round tags for my cats. They came in sooner than expected, and were absolutely perfect! Small, lightweight, and they don’t make too much noise when tapping against the bells on their collars.When my smallest female cat managed to get out of her collar and lose it, I came back to order another tag for her. When entering the customized information, I didn’t know I had a typo and left out one digit of the phone number. I didn’t realize until I receive the item in the mail. I reached out to the company to confirm if it was a typo on my end or a printing error. It was 100% my typo and no fault of the company at all. I planned to order another one with the correct info but the company said they would send a replacement for me at no charge.Absolutely above and beyond customer service and care!! They were incredibly responsive in the messages and just a great company to work with!!I will absolutely use them for all my tags and recommend them to everyone I know!

I’m happy with the new tags! They contacted me right away after I posted my first review below and fixed the issue as you can see in the 2nd picture the Arabic language was not engraved right so I thought it was not supported but they informed me that it was just a designer mistake and they will send new ones for free. I appreciate the professionalism and recommend the seller.Previous Review:Unfortunately disappointed and it’s the 2nd time I order after my first order was delayed and lost.I was so excited to receive the new tags but as you can tell from the picture if you read Arabic that the Arabic letters are written individually in a wrong way and not as it should be which doesn’t make sense for a word. And for English the name ( Cairo ) is bigger in size than the name ( Giza ) even though it’s Less letters which again doesn’t make sense. Was really hoping for a better experience and beautiful tags for my furry babies.

I wanted a tiny ID tag that wouldn’t be too noticeable to my new kitten. The XS is just smaller than a dime & perfect for my small kitten. I chose to put “I’m lost if I’m out!” on the front instead of a phone number. I then put 2 phone numbers & our address on the back, so the writing is small - but it’s very clear & I think it will be readable for almost everyone if he ever gets outside accidentally :) Very happy with my purchase!

I bought 2 of the smallest tags for my kittens. I was so pleased at the unexpected quality and care of the packaging. It was so cute and special. It was like unwrapping a present! They are the PURRFECT size and the icons available to pair with my cats’ names turned out so great!! I blurred out my number, but the numbers were clear and as shown in the product photographs. I appreciate that they come with extra connecting rings that are both gold and silver to match back to your tag. I will definitely order from this company again!! 👏😻

The item did not arrive on the specific dates given so I contacted the seller. The seller was apologetic and offered to resend the item. He was very communicative and willing to make it right. The item arrived on the same day that the seller was planning to reship. Let me tell you… this is the cutest tag ever! firstly I bought the smallest size for my kitty, and was worried that it would be unreadable, but omg its perfect, she doesnt even notice it, its something that makes her look like a fancy cat, she is an outdoor cat, and the shine of the tag reflects and i can see her across the yard, beautiful craftsmanship, well packaged, and i like that they add metal loops to decide how to want it to hang, 10/10 will buy from them again, if the time comes <3

This is a really cute product and reasonably priced. An essential tag for my kitty and easy to place on the collar with a pair of pliers. This company appears to be owned by someone that cares about their business. It came in a really, really cute envelope with a picture of a hand drawn kitty by a five year old. That’s what greeted us when we opened the packet… Real cute. The tag is good quality engraved with my kitties name and my phone number. You can choose an icon and I chose a lightning bolt.

I’m even happier with our new puppy tag than I expected. Everything is centered perfectly, the font looks great and the thickness of the tag is good. Right now the tag is a bit big for our puppy but she’s growing fast and it will be perfect soon enough.

La plaquita tardó un poco en llegar, pero llegó antes de lo esperado. Se ve de muy buena calidad, tiene un brillo muy bonito y es más gruesa que otras plaquitas que he comprado antes. En definitiva fue una excelente compra

Me gustó mucho este producto, pues se apega a la imagen, el grabado está muy bien hecho y luce muy lindo en mi gato. Yo erré en la medida, pues mi gato pesa alrededor de dos kilos y la placa de 19mm le quedó pequeña; probablemente la siguiente, de 24 mm, le hubiera quedado mucho mejor. Mi mascota la ha tenido puesta durante dos meses y, aunque se ha desgastado un poco (por el uso propio de un gato que sale a un jardín), sigue con cierto brillo y el grabado está intacto. Recomiendo mucho este producto.

Hace tiempo la lleva puesta mi gato, es muy bonito, el material, grabado, la atención al detalle, a parte el empaquetado todo en conjunto hace una experiencia gratificante.Altamente recomendable.Excelente producto.

La información se ve muy clara, recomiendo el más pequeño si tus gatitos son de tamaño grande o mediano por que si les estorba un poco, pero en todo lo demás son bellísimas 🥰 100% recomendadas y llegan antes de tiempo.

Superó mi expectativa, es realimente de buena calidad y muy buen tamaño a un precio realmente bajo.
