I love Florida Stone Crab but being from the midwest, it's a treat. I decided to try these Jonah Crabs based on the reviews and I am extremely glad I didn't go by the one star review (seriously, you have 55 years experience and you didn't think to cover them with even a paper towel before you hit them the hammer?) The meat is easy to get out and sweet. I eat them cold as an appetizer and also have used it in a salad with veggies and mayo or cream cheese. I will be buying these again!

We found these claws disgusting. Served thawed and cold (as reviewed) were mushy and watery. Cracking them with the hammer they sent was a disaster. The broken pieces of broken shell, mushy meat and crab juice splattered in 47 different directions. Be sure to wear a rain coat and safety goggles for this operation and expect to do an extensive clean up of walls, ceilings, floors and table very quickly when you are finished as crab juice stinks. We have had crab claws before (55 years of experience eating and preparing seafood), but these are the worst ever. There were no prep or cooking instructions that came with the crab claws, but plenty of information for preparing their other products. We based our purchase on the reviews that were a joke. Don't waste your money on this disappointing product.

Exceeded my expectations!This is well worth the money, the claws and arms are really good sized. Lots of meat makes a great presentation.Five claws could easily with a small steak or on top of a large salad is a meal. Three would make an excellent appetizer.Thaw and serve these claws taste fresh look amazing and will have everyone thinking you spent a small fortune..... Too many chips of shells in the meat. I lot of work to finally reach the meat of the crab claws.....

Quality product, pricier than from a local distributor here. But, I tried this this as I did not need a case, for the job.

Arrived on time and frozen. Cooked some that evening. I have never had Jonah Crab Claw so was little concerned, but these were absolutely excellent.. Great price, will definitely buy again...
