Works great to ease/prevent overstimulation
My 8yo loves these! ADHD, some sensory sensitivities, and easily overstimulated. He keeps them in his backpack and puts them on when the bus ride, classroom, or lunch room get too noisy/chaotic or when he's just having a hard time focusing on his class work. It doesn't totally silence everything but mutes it enough to calm him down and give him a sense of control. He's had them for a while now and they haven't broken- and this kid breaks everything, quick. So they're pretty durable too. Highly recommend!

Very nice! GREAT HELP!
Pretty sturdy! My son really likes them and he’s autistic, plus sensory processing so it’s a big deal that he’s leaving them on! He cannot stand loud noises or voices so he has learned to cope better with them on. He wears them in the car, at school, and at therapy. Instead of arriving to school crying because of all the loud cars and the noise the school buses make, plus all the other kids crying, he wears them and all those noises are suddenly gone to him. They’re really effective and are a huge help.

Auto flush bathroom with toddlers successful!
When traveling, my children (4 and 2yrs old) are terrified of the automatic flush toilets at airports and Disney bathrooms and other places. Even the sound of other toilets flushing in stalls next to them would startle them and frighten them and they would cry and refuse to go into the bathroom, let alone use it. I used these for both kids and they were suspicious at first, but my four year old said, "Oh! Mom! This isn't so scary now!"

Get them!!
My son is autistic and we have tried other headphones. These are amazing and I want some for myself. They also fit adult heads.

Missing design
Ideally I’d like to email Muted directly but can’t find the option. There’s a portion of the earmuff missing the design (it’s plain white). Also, the color of the gray band for the Airplane isn’t as rich as what’s shown in the picture. A bit disappointed by the quality. Also received the rainbow version yesterday and all was great with the design, but the packaging was almost nonexistent. The earmuffs themselves were comfy for me to wear when adjusted and worked well. Have yet to see how my infant takes to them.Updated:Earmuffs work great! Super comfy even on my head. Only deducted a star for the poor packaging and the one earmuff that’s had a slight defect in the paint.

Excellent Ear Muffs
These are the only pair of ear muffs our autistic son will wear. They are durable, well made and the materials used are soft compared to other ear muffs. I highly recommend these! Additionally, our son found himself needing ear muff in the water. He wore these this summer in the pool and we could easily disassemble the ear parts so they could dry out and be ready for the next day’s use.

Perfect and cute!
My son has sensory processing disorder and while he loves to make noise, noisy situations outside of his control stress him to the max. We always have these handy in our bag anywhere we go. They fit him (2yr old) as well as my older children and even I can fit into them. They do muffle noise very very well. We did have a situation where one of the ear pieces came off but it was easily fixed and hasn’t happened since. The quality is super nice and the fact that they have held up superbly to his heavy handness says a lot. We should be able to get years of use!

Low quality, not real PPE
These are a low quality build, and not particularly well suited/sized for a child. I didn’t test it scientifically, but I would be absolutely shocked if they came anywhere close to the rated NRR. Buy 3M instead, is the same price and are actually trustworthy PPE that you can trust you or your child’s hearing with.
