This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered these! The 2nd time was by accident, cuz I’ll never order these again.1st: the caps and bodies of these capsules are bagged separately. Which would be fine, except that when you get to the last 30 of the bodies, there are no caps to pair them with!2nd: I’ve been making my own capsules for 5 years. The caps on these DO NOT FIT correctly, and the capsules fall apart. I’ve never experienced this before with any other brand. There is no way to store the filled capsules because moving them slightly means they’ll fall apart! In order to get them to fit and stay together, you have to leave the caps completely empty. Which means you’ll have to consume twice as much.And since you’re not even getting the correct amount of paired caps and bodies, you’re wasting money by buying these!

I’ve order twice and both times about 80% of the capsules are terribly miss shaped. They have a warning on the packaging to cover themselves as to state that any problem with their shape could be due to YOU or someone else in transit storing them at the wrong temperature. The bag in the photo are how they arrived and the package hasn’t been opened. I’ve order from many different vendors and never had the capsules look like this. There is no way they don’t know that the capsules are defective when they are packaging them. And if that’s not enough, some of the lids are too small and don’t fit the other side. I reviewed a lot of their past reviews and it looks like this is a recent issue. I contacted the company and they tried to blame Amazon that it could be the same box in sitting in Amazon storage that got damaged which is unlikely since I ordered each time from a difference state. Bottom line, the company clearly doesn’t want to go to any trouble to make the costumer happy when receiving a defective product.

I've bought 2 of these separated bags, and 1 of them had a bunch (30%) of mishapen caps. they were squeezed into ovals and made them harder to put the caps on. Some would be loose and others tight. I took extra care to make sure each cap was on extra tight, And to my surprise, none of the caps have opened in their container like I imagined.When buying non-separated capsules, i never had this oval/mishapen problem. But it was just a small inconvenience so far. Still more convenient than non-separated caps. While continue to buy these.

These capsules are junk. I had to order them because my normal company I use had the Unavailable. Big mistake. They don’t go back together because they are mixed sizes. I threw away so much product because it was ruined. TWICE! And then they want me to return the ones I didn’t use to get a refund?! What a joke. Be careful if you don’t want to waste your money!

These capsules are defective they’re bent they don’t lineup when I try to put them together with my machine they just cracked because they’re so thin I am highly disappointed in these capsules I didn’t get a chance to use them right away and now I can’t even get my money refunded
