Not sure about the durability, but the item fits quite well and is easy to tighten for a secure fit.

This product fit my measurement of my outdoor unit (30x30x32-tall) perfectly. There was a slight gap which was needed for easily sliding this cover over the unit. 1 corner has Velcro opening for plumbing and electrical which can be closed up snug. The drawstrings snugged up the remaining slack and all seems to be secured for this winter. This is my initial findings of a recent purchase and installation. If possible I will update in the spring when I remove it to see how it held up from being buried in snow for 4 months.

Its custom fit. it has a zipper on one corner for the lines, this allows the cover to fit perfectly. straps tighten once its on . Durable material with weather guarded vents. Worth the price.
