What you get is NOT as pictured. This is very large and looks poorly made. It could probably cover a football helmet, so not suitable for an average size head.

After a few nights sleeping with this on I often find this slipping off my face. The previous headgear never slipped off and felt my attached in the back.Update: After waking up again with the headgear falling off and not breathing I've noticed the lining of the fabric is actually falling apart. I would not recommend these for people that sweat, move in their sleep or have a large/small head.

Just got this. I'll be back for an update after I have worn this for a significant period of time.Right now, I am going to say that this mask is superior to the straps that come with the major CPAP mask designers/manufacturers.On initial fitting and try-on, here is my first opinion: Hook and Loop holding strength is MUCH greater. I can now cinch this mask in so that there is no chance of leaking. The strap feels significantly softer around my head. It feels..."luxurious"....soft. I needed a strap that did not press against the top of my head.I am reserved to 4 stars because I have not slept with it yet.

As advertised, is a good replacement for those original straps that if one is lucky will last 3 months before stretching out. When you get the straps, when they are packed, the outside of the headgear, i.e. the part that is normally the cushioned side is on the outside instead of the inside.You will need to turn it inside-out to be facing the right way.I found that after doing so and letting the straps support the mask like being hung from a bed post, that it will allow the straps to function correctly for fitting.It is a good value considering how much the main masks do cost and these straps are a good bit more heavy duty than the originals.

Does work with ResMed Quattro FX, some have pointed out it doesn’t. My guess is they just assumed it would work out of the bag. Doesn’t have a head band in front like I’m used to but I like that. It is huge as others have pointed out. I just trimmed a bit where I needed. This a great price for a Cpap part I needed. I just got it so I can’t speak to how long it lasts. Feels well made. I’d recommend it to anyone. Remeber it is universal so you might need to adjust for your specific mask. For $17 it’s worth any adjustment that needs made.

My husband ordered a new head strap for his CPAP machine. He received it quickly, but to his dismay it didn’t fit. After receiving a follow up email from the seller, I explained that it wasn’t working. Not only was I going to be refunded, but they were going to send a different type at no charge to see if we had better luck with that one! I actually went and tried myself to put the original strap on after that, and it turns out that it was user error on my husband’s part. It will work perfectly fine! And their customer service has made a lasting impression on me in the meantime! I definitely recommend this company for your needs!

This is not what I thought it would be. It's thin, doesn't come with any clips, if you are looking for those and it doesn't fit the way my original headgear fits. I don't know if it would have worked because I was trying to make it work and broke my mask in the process. I'm keeping for two reasons, emergency use but mostly because I have returned two other items to Amazon recently and don't want them to ban me.

The first time I ordered, these masks were well constructed and lasted a quite well - I believe they lasted well over 6 months. The masks I received on the second order were definitely packaged better, but that is where the better parts ends. This set is flimsy. The neoprene is too thin to be supportive and barely holds the mask (just a nasal mask) to my face - even after stretching and adjusting. I've been using CPAP for years and years. This is the first time I have not been happy with any headgear I've ordered. I understand it happens once in a while - glad it wasn't super expensive. No biggie. Will just have to order something else.
