I purchased this mouthwash from Thailand with trepidation, but it has everything I wanted in a mouthwash and I am happy with it. It has double the fluoride and double the xylitol, the only real cavity bacteria fighters. And the taste is mild and better than most fluoride/xylitol mouthwashes I've tried.We live on untreated well water and I'm not worried about fluoride calming me down (everyone gets stressed out). It has a mild taste - bubble gum flavor - and while I'm an adult, harsh mouthwash gives me cancer sores and this hasn't caused any problems yet. It arrived in a nice little package tied with string and didn't leak.
