This is a fantastic pill shaver! I was first attracted to the design because it's so cute and I loved the fact that it is USB chargeable. I have to admit it took me a while to see it's merits though. I almost gave it a low review but realized it was my mistake. Reading over the other low reviews, I'm pretty sure they must've had the same misunderstanding I almost had.So let me start from the beginning. (If you'd like a Tldr, skip to the end) I placed an order, received the product, thought it was cute, then charged it for about four hours. There was no instruction booklet so I had no idea how long to charge but I figured 4 must be more than enough. Four hours up, I start shaving. It lasts about 7-10 minutes before stopping. I though p.o.s couldn't even last 10 mins on a 4 hour charge? I sent it back thinking it was defective. Reached out to customer service and they were super nice and offered to send me a new one for free even though I was going to get refunded by Amazon. (I ended up canceling the refund because they were so nice).Meanwhile I ordered the Amazon bestseller Conair pill shaver since it's so popular. Conair one arrives. It's requires batteries - ugh! Tried it and HATED it. Cleaning the lint out was like pulling teeth. So I sent the Conair back.By this time, the new Crazo arrives and I try again. After about 5 hours charging, I try shaving again and it lasted about 10 mins before dying again. WTF I thought, why would they send me two defective products that can't hold enough charge, and why is no one else complaining.Then it struck me, I must be collecting so much lint that it's jamming the spinning razors. I open the compartment and see a bunch of lint. It's super easy to clean out (unlike Conair). THEN, I opened the razor compartment, and there it was. A clump of lint stuck on the razor. I was collecting so much lint that it was forcing the extras into the razor compartment. After I knew to clean out the lint from the razor compartment, this device worked like a dream! Granted, I had to clean it out quite often but it was SOOO much easier to clean than Conair.Overall great device and I highly recommend it. I love that when you're done with it, you can just plop it on the sitting base and it's like one of those little "can't knock me down" toys.TL;DR: if you're finding that it's "not working" after hours of charging, make sure to check the razor compartment and ensure no lint is jamming the razors. Customer service is superb! Just get in touch with them. They're eager to please their customers.Took some after photos of a blanket I shaved. Sorry, forgot to take before photos but just picture it with a bunch of pills and fuzz. Anyway, my blanket looks pretty much new again after using Crazo. Good stuff!

I love this thing too much... I decorated her, named her Frisky Frita, introduced her to my ladles Lizzie and Lenny and Fannie the flamingo....The handle is a perfect fit. No carpal tunnel or arthritis pain.The large head covers large areas in short periods of time making it easier to restore multiple items quickly and effectively before I have my garage sale, and also allows me to quickly box them up.

Very sleek design. Works very well, easy to clean and remove lint. It comes with a little brush to help get bits of lint out because it's very obvious how dangerous it could be if you use your fingers and accidentally press the on button, so please use the brush. It charges with a USB cord, it looks like the same cord as a Samsung phone charger cord but its different so you don't want to lose the cord provided. It's very fun to use, sort of loud for a small thing.

In the first 30 minutes after I opened the package, I salvaged my favorite fleece hoodie and a pair of leggings that I couldn't wear in public. It has already pain for itself!!It comes with the batteries and a recharging cord and replacement blades. It's super easy to clean. I could not be happier with this gadget.

I loved this pill remover. It's easy to use, works on most items and really easy to clean. However, after a couple of uses, I realized I couldn't use it on thinner socks because it left holes in them. I've used this item on bed sheets, pillows, sweaters and much more but I cant get it to work on those particular socks. Everything else about the product is great. Mine came with a brush to clean the parts with, charger and an extra blade.

I have been using it to take the fuzz off my cardigans and my living room pillows. My sweaters look so much better. I usually do one garment or pillow at a time and have had no problem with the battery. I think this little machine works quickly and is easy to clean. I'm happy!

So far I am loving this! I used to take cheap razors you buy at the store to remove pilling from my clothing. It would take forever and would catch some material and rip holes in it. I haven't had this device for long, but I am in LOVE. It removes pilling from clothing in seconds and has made several shirts look new again. I have even taken it into work to show off!! It's also much more aesthetically pleasing than some of the other clothing defuzzers I have seen.The only thing I would change is the bottom grate cover. It's a little plastic piece that goes over the blades and guard. When you place it on a table it rocks around a little instead of staying in place (it's slightly rounded instead of flat).

I was quite impressed with the pill removal job this little shaver accomplished. I was about to throw a good pair of pants away because of the unsightly lint and pills that covered them. Using the shaver I cleaned over 100 percent of the lint and now the pants look better than new.
