This pitcher was for a gift and unfortunately I wasnt too happy with the product. I was expecting a very clean and crystal clear pitcher but instead I open the box and remove the air bags and as I inspect the product, the bottom of the pitcher was dusty and the inside itself had like a musty coat, the exterior bottom was not very clean either. It somewhat looked as if it was on display at my local discount store, I was actually worried; based on the presentation that the gift reciever was going to think that I bought it at the said discount store.

I get really cranky when someone takes the time to make a fab product and then just completely and utterly fails on a tiny detail at the end. It reminds me of college when I would spend all this time writing a paper and then at 6:00 am right before class I would write ... "and other stuff happened I'm too tired to think the end."This pitcher is a strong, solid glass that doesn't seem like it will chip or break easily. It is easy to grip, fits into the fridge door well and was a great price. The lid is total junk that doesn't keep spills from happening, doesn't seal out smelly fridge smells and will break quickly. The lid is made of thin plastic marginally stronger than the pieces of plastic they put in pizza boxes to keep the lids from smashing down. I just don't see a point in a pitcher without a functional lid. Especially a nice pitcher. So in the words of my college prof's "try harder and think it thru next time."

This pitcher is a much lighter weight than I expected. The top is a bit tricky if you have cut fruit in the pitcher. If you have cut fruit in the pitcher and turn the top in to the pour position it will dribble onto the counter/table surface. I found however if I pull the cap out a little while pouring, all of the liquid goes into the glass. I don't think there would be an issue if the pitcher were filled with just liquid. I've had cut fruit in water in the fridge for two days now and it has stayed fresh. Good pitcher.

I give this pitcher 3 stars because it is the perfect size to make a can of frozen lemonade in and doesn't take up much floor space in the fridge. BUT...the top doesn't stay on when pouring and it doesn't close up completely so you can swirl the contents after settling in fridge. This would be perfect if they would fix the lid. Now we use it without the lid.

I wanted glass and they are light glass. As I hoped for. Easy to grip and not heavy. But total fail in the lids. No matter what position they are in... iced tea is leaks out at the rate you are pouring as designated. Nice to handle .., you can see they are clean but lids are poorly designed and ill fitting.

Really like this pitcher , sturdy thick glass . Wish it held more , it only holds 48 ounces .. bummer part is you have to take the lid off to pour it as if you turn the lid to open and then pour it dribbles all over the counter .. fits very well in fridge door

I wanted to love this pitcher, but there were a few flaws. The lid was cracked upon arrival and very poor quality. It felt paper thin! The handle is also slightly off center, but comfortable to hold.

Sturdy and perfect size for my cold brew packs, but the lid is NOT secure for pouring. Kind of annoying taking it off to pour but over all I'm happy with it for the price and size.
