As an avid cook, I love using these paper towels in the kitchen, for absorbing grease from pans, cleaning up after meat products and cleaning my windows and mirrors. These are high quality paper towels made from fast growing Bamboo as opposed to old growth trees. I recommend them highly. The price is steeper than I would like, BUT I fundamentally value the effort towards sustainable forestry and providing a PLASTIC-FREE product. I encourage more people to consider this product for the sustainability factor primarily, but also because eventually a demand and use for such products, will drop the the price --- a much needed component of sustainability----affordadble for all!

Very absorbent, good thickness, and overall great strength. Not paper thin or weak. Have been buying this specific pack for 6+ months on Subscribe & Save, and we love that Real makes high quality paper products that are environmentally-friendly, reduces waste, and is also introduced to channels like Amazon, including the Subscribe & Save functionality. It makes it convenient and sustainable to implement changes in our household that continue to align our dollars with positive social and environmental impacts, and support great brands like Real!

I loved having these and felt like it was worth the price to have bamboo products, but the last few times my order has canceled due to lack of availability

This review of for Reel bamboo. First thing I did when I got these was compare to Caboo brand bamboo paper towel (my prior bamboo paper towel purchase). Reels has a softer feel, Caboo is very dense and stiff. I repeatedly added small, measured amounts of water to an equivalent size piece of each until the water started flowing beyond the boundaries of the paper towel. Reels won. Then I tried to use these saturated pieces. Caboo was already disintegrating when I tried to pick it up, it was essentially useless. Reels I was able to ring out and reuse over and over again with no hint of it falling apart. I actually used the Reel to clean up the mess I made.

These paper towels work great. They’re strong, absorbent, and reliable for everyday messes. Love that they’re made from bamboo but they’re a bit pricey. Otherwise a smart swap for a greener home.

Good quality. Roll size is small. Why do they need to wrap each roll in paper? That will make me look at other brands.

I love these paper towels and have purchased multiple times. They do function well and I love the low environmental impact. Like most recycled products, they are not the thickest but I still continue to use this brand.

I use these to wrap around my washed veggies stored in the fridge because they make them last longer and without imparting harmful chemicals! I also use them as napkins when I am out of the bamboo napkins. At this stage of our family life, we need to use some disposables, and Reel is one of my favorite companies for paper towels and t.p. We use some conventional disposable when it does not touch out food or mouths or sensitive areas ;-) . Although more expensive than conventional paper towels, I'm happy to support small companies that make products that are better for both people and planet!
