Can I use this outdoors?

You probably can but not sure if its sturdy enough to last outdoors, I currently use mine at the entrance of my steps indoors.

Does this have wall mounts that screws into wall?

Yes. It comes with plastic cup supports that can be mounted to the wall with two-sided tape or screws. Just a tip, this gate works better if you use car wax on the horizontal rails. It helps them slide smoothly.

Is this product good to use?

I have this gate on my deck so that my dog will not have access to the back yard. It is serving a good purpose.
