I purchased this for my yorkie puppy. Not used to going to the groomers. First time I used it, I introduced it to him and did one nail at a time, until he got comfortable with it. Easy to use, noise level is good and files his nails really good. I definitely recommend this product. Light is very useful and helpful. I’m so happy, because I don’t have to take him to the groomers to get his nails cut and filed. I don’t cut his nails, no need to since I purchased this item. Love it!

I recently bought this product after my old Pedipaw died and I wish I had done this sooner. I love the little filing head and the guard on it too. It's super easy to use because I can file down her nails without accidentally touching her other toes. For quick filing super long nails, I'll take out the cap, but for the dreadful hook nail... (any dog owner knows this part sucks), I used the small guard hole and voila I was done! I didn't knick her paw and she was fine! I really love the light feature too - nice touch for a product design. When do you use the product, do listen to the instructions and check the nail after 5 seconds of filing because this product is that efficient - not like the slow Pedipaw. I hated how the Pedipaw was loud, cumbersome filing head, and the filing friction against my dog's nails was super bumpy. Looking back at my experience of filing my dog's nails for 10+ years, I honestly wish I got this product earlier on because it make my dog's life and my life way easier.

I have successfully used this grinder for my greyhound, who is terrified of the clippers. She was already accustomed to having her nails filed and accepted the grinder without any problems. She seems to enjoy the attention. It only grinds a small amount at a time, so I do her nails little and often rather than try to do too much all at once. A good product.

While it is quiet, my dogs still don't like their feet touched, so can't use it on them. However, it is great on my acrylic nails to shorten them and shape them to how I like them before I go for an infill. The battery seems to last ages once it is charged. I can't fault it, even though I can't manage to use on my dogs. They likely need some further training to get them to tolerate anything being done to their feet.
