Healthy Cooking without fuss!
Works very well. Glass liner needs to be soaked when cooled and cleans easily. Cooks evenly. Throw in some moisture-releasing veggies like peppers, onions, etc. and you’ll get a nice broth with your meats. Season to taste and you’re done! No oils needed for healthy eating.

Clay Roaster
When this clay roaster arrived I was a little bit suspicious of the size thinking it might have been too small. I was originally going to send it back and then I ended up keeping it and I'm so happy that I did! It's a really nice roaster to have for any type of poultry or roasting of any sort. Everything that comes out of it is excessively moist I highly recommend!

Great Product
I wanted to bake bread in this after viewing a youtube video - was not expecting good results. To my surprise it did well. I also used it to make a pot roast - which I think is a better use for these clay vessels. Good quality and would recommend.

Best buy
This is second of 2 different sizes. I love the way beef and chicken is cooked to perfection every time. It makes it's own gravy. Only way to roast.

Came cracked
Nice item other then it being smashed when I got it. Also more of a baker shape, not a loaf for bread if that’s what you’re looking for.

Bread baking
Perfect size for 2 people, bread does not get that super hard crust you get with a dutch oven, which my teeth can no longer handle. I soak the lid in hot water and then preheat top and bottom together in the oven to 450F, which kind of takes the moisture out and your loaf does not get that typical broken crust and very open crumb, which I do not care for anyhow (can't put butter on holes). The elongated shape also makes it easier to cut. The resulting loaf is more in line with an everyday German loaf of sourdough bread, but that's all my personal opinion.

Works great
I've been making delicious gluten free bread with a nice crust in this.

Nothing like it.
I have always loved these clay pots when my mother used to cook, and this little pot is just amazing. I put a corn beef in it with no water, added carrots and onions and it was the most delicious corn beef I have ever eaten in my life. I added potatoes and cabbage about 45 minutes before it was done. Delicious
