Decent shake
I tend to make 2 seperate shakes from 3 scoops and 600ml of milk. Scoop is huge so putting all 3 scoops in one shake will make it like porridge. Dont mix with water either or you'll be gagging. Mixing it with milk gives a pretty good taste.As a mass gainer its quite good. Can be a decent meal sub if you havent got time.

Great tasting shake
I have my shake with water and it tastes really nice. I usually have about 2 shakes a day and would highly recommend. Most shakes don’t taste like a chocolate milkshake but this one does. If your looking to gain weight then this is perfect
