Returned
One of the handles arrived broken in several pieces. Well packaged. For the cost, I'm saying that they apparently are missing a key strengthening ingredient. The cups are very nice. But to be damaged that easily (no visible distress to package) makes me wonder what holding the handle with a full cup of HOT coffees might happen.

Poor quality. Orange instead of red.
For the price, I expected better quality. The idea was charming, but the execution is lacking. I expected a certain amount of homemade pattern inconsistencies, but here were flaws that were just sloppy looking. There was a spur in one of the handles. I expected red like the sales photo, not burnt orange. I'm returning them.

Great Mugs
I've been searching for taller coffee mugs and this set is exactly what I wanted. They arrived quickly and were securely packed to avoid breakage. The mugs hold a 10 oz cup of coffee with room to spare and the curved handles make it easy to hold. Nice colors and design too.

Large handle, easy to fit whole hand
These mugs are beautiful. Large handles you can slip your whole hand in. Lovely design and perfect size. Gifting to mom for Xmas, but so far these are a win!

Beautiful mugs
I bought these as a wedding gift. They look well made and my friends will love them. The colors are bright and have a good weight to them. I would purchase these for myself if I needed mugs.

Could have been great...
They would have been great but one arrived with a chip out of it. I returned them and was going to reorder the same ones but they were no longer available.

smaller than I thought
It says it 16 oz but I can fit in 14 oz . The cup is light weight, but really attractive, there was a flaw in the glaze on the lip of one of the cups other than that I am fine with them
