Wow!!!! This is one powerhouse tool!!!!! I love it!!!!! Couldn't be happier!!!!!!
I have no experience with any other bow press but this little powerhouse didn't even break a sweat. Before using this press, I adjusted my bow down from 70 pounds down to 40 pounds and this thing worked like a charm. The brackets fit my split limb bow like a glove. I changed my bow string and tuned my bow in no time. I have no cam lean and I was able to adjust my cams so that they came to a stop at exactly the same time. I cannot compare this bow to any other product and I probably never will because I am completely thrilled with this product. I am done shopping. This little powerhouse of a tool will go with me to everywhere my bow goes.

Defective cable stop
Like many of the other reviews, the cable stop slipped off on the first time using this product, and while the bow was compressed enough to pull the string off. Started pulling the string off when the cable let loose, so I was lucky my fingers weren't caught in the bow, but one finger was hit by the limb pretty hard when it went. Do not buy this product, unless you like to play Russian roulette with your bow and fingers!

Dont buy it will break under pressure
The third time i used this bow press to change out my peep site while under pressure pressing my bear "lights out" bow the cable on the stationary end failed and the press cable broke and during this my brand new strings was sliced almost clean through. The product isnt safe and i used the product exactly like the directions said to..now im out fifty buck on a press and anothe 85 for new string. And if the string would of broke completly i would of been injured. Dont not buy

Price it right, perfect for casual users
Works well with my PSE Brute X. Would have given it five stars but the crimped cable stop came off at first use. Thankfully, the bow wasn’t under enough pressure to cause damage. I tied a knot at the end of the cable and it works fine. Easy on, easy off. Pays for itself in saved trips to the pro shop!

does what it needs to do
my daughter accidentally dry fired her bow. the bow string came off the cams. this did what it needed to do and now the string is back on and she has learned her lesson.

Though not the perfect solution to fixing a compound bow, it does do the job when in a pinch on the tournament line or at practice.
