This was easy to install and my daughter can lift her whole body up without it moving. Pleased with this purchase.

The footrest is fine. One of the O-rings broke after several months of use and when I asked about where to buy a replacement, the seller (CTUO-US) offered first a partial refund (which I declined) to cover the purchase of a replacement set. When the replacement set turned out to be the wrong size, they gave me a full refund for the original footrest purchase (without me asking) ... more than a year after the original purchase. I call that over-the-top customer service.

I like how secure the footrest is with the rubber bands and the steel bands to further support it. The footrest is made of wood which elevates the overall appeal of the IKEA high chair.

Overpriced for it to not include all of the hardware shown in pictures.

Has everything you need for the ikea high chair. Easy to put on. I like that it comes with extra.

Love the look and that it comes with two ways of holding. I’m just using the rings right now cus my baby is small but as she gets bigger and stronger and will push down more I’ll use the clamps, great thag it comes with both and love the color

Update: their customer service is great. I received the missing pieces after my review.The package was missing two parts important to keep the wooden step in place. It included rubber bands but the small metal locks were missing. I did not send it back thinking that the rubber bands would work. But they do not keep the wooden step in place. It falls down all the time.
