I am absolutely in love with this corn meal! I was introduced to kenkey by a Ghanaian friend and I fell in love! Being that I have moved away, I have craved it for years. This is the only company I have come across that has corn meal that is already fermented! That saves a lot of time and I am proud to say I made my own kenkey!! Although it was my first time, I did well and the taste was everything I remembered!! Thank you so much for your responses to my questions and for being so kind!!
