Alligator meat arrived still frozen surrounded by dry ice. The meal turned out really well and was the best alligator I've had so far.

Showed up thawed out and there was meat juice leaked into the bag it came in. Put it immediately in the freezer, hoping it didn't sit thawed to long. wish us luck!

Never tried this before but now I'm hooked. This was a big hit on the BBQ for the family. I marinated the fillets in BBQ sauce for 2 hours then grilled it on the BBQ for about 15 minutes turning often. Amazing! I highly recommend. It's a bit expensive but if you can afford it, go for it.

$80 Package arrived thawed & leaking but since it was non refundable, I fried it up right away. It was good quality alligator, Tender & delicious!! I didn’t even marinate or tenderize beforehand.I probably won’t purchase again unless they have it on sale because 2 pkgs only fed 3 people. However, if you can afford it, I highly recommend!

I deep fried the alligator bites. It took me 4 to 5 minutes and 350°. It was so tender and taste better than chicken. This company is well. Deserving of a five star review

I was pleased that the item came so quickly. What alarmed me was it was completely thawed and nearly room temperature to the touch. This, in spite of being packed between blue ice packs in a thermal bag. It's hot in the summer so, dry ice and styrofoam is what's needed. Ask Omaha Steaks how it's done! I've never had thawed meat arrive from them. There was a concern that the meat would be spoiled. However we cooked it right away and it was delicious. I can't recommend this as a gift until the packing corrected so that it arrives still frozen, even in the hottest summer months. The meat was $25, but the shipping was $15, so please improve the packing before shipping. I would not mind paying extra for shipping if the meat came frozen as it should.

Came frozen. It's 3 digits of sun heat here. Really am pleased, would by my Gator meat from them again, no problem!!!!THANK YOU!!!
