Andrea Communications C1-1024400-1 Model ANC-750 Stereo Analog PC Headset, Flexible boom microphone that can be rotated left to right for use on either ear, Increased speed and accuracy

I bought this microphone specifically to use with speech recognition. After repeated attempts to use it utilizing both internal sound system and external sound systems, I found it to be unsuitable for the purpose for which I purchased it.Additonal Information: I have attempted to use this microphone on multiple computers, but it consistently fails Dragon's Sound Quality Check. If I connect a different microphone to the system, the sound quality passes. I conclude that the Andrea Anc750 to be a much overpriced and unsuitable microphone. I would also add that it is absolutely the most uncomfortable headset I have ever used. Cheap construction and materials.

Had to return Item I ordered . I ordered the wrong item, I needed a USB plug to plug in my computer and this item had a different plug on it so it wouldn't work for me. So in all reality I can't tell you if it would have worked or how good but In all fairness I did order a different set of Andrea Head Phones with the proper plug and am very pleased with the item so far.

I would not recommend this headset to anyone.I purchased this headset January 2016. Right out of the box one of the speakers did not work. I sent it back, and the company that I had purchased it through was kind enough to take it back, send me a new one and cover the costs of shipping.We are now February 16, 2016, and the same problem has occurred the speaker on the side that has the microphone attached to it has stopped working. In both cases by jingling the wire I was able to make it work intermittently, a sign of poor construction and cheap materials.

It failed the Dragon sound check, but did work. More importantly, the microphone extension broke after very little use and was impossible to repair

Bought this for dragon naturally speaking. Used for about one month until the left speaker stopped working. Unfortunately I lost the warranty check so I couldn't get a new one. Good head phones don't need warranty. These heads phones seems very poorly constructed.
