VIBRATING True Back, VIBRATING Trueback Orthopedic Traction Device (battery operated)

Device is solid and felt secure and able to hold weight and last a long time.The vibrating aspect didn’t do anything for me to say it was worth getting. Maybe different back conditions it might benefit the user more, but for my lower back it was irrelevant.I’m tall and don’t feel this was best for my size. It was awkward to lay back as it either dig into my pelvic bone in my back or when resting back my neck was in awkward position. The foam pillow did help but I needed to add another pillow to be able to relax more.Got this hoping it would help with my neck but it’s very uncomfortable using it for my neck. I will continue to use my blue egg grate phone neck holder.Overall the device is solid, the vibration was irrelevant and I didn’t experience any spin piping or felt vertebra “floating”.I was on the fence to return it. Have kept it and time to time use it.Of note I didn’t get an instructional DVD but did get the small gray wedge foam pillow. I think people over 6’ might find it not all comfortable in regards to engaging the device against your lower back and for the neck only, forget about it

The True Back appears to be a relatively simple device and I was a bit sceptical, but I have found some relief using it. At first, it was quite uncomfortable to lie on, but with some perserverance, this improved every time I used the True Back. After using it, I felt that my spine/back had been stretched- I actually felt a bit taller because I was standing with better posture. The vibrating mechanism has been used only a few times as I find it too loud. I have not used the device without the foam inserts yet, but intend to do so in the next few weeks. I was disappointed that the free comfort pillow was not included with the package as advertised, as you definitely need something to support the head to make it more comfortable, especially to begin with. Don't expect miracles, but you will get some relief if you keep using the True Back and not give up too soon.

I am waiting for doctor permission to do this. My L5-S1 disk area has a disk resting on a nerve according to mri results. Waiting for doctor approval from specialist. Maybe in 2 weeks I will have appointment at Tucson VA hospital.

When I first started using this product I noticed a significant difference, mainly because I could feel my back moving more when I laid down on it (back cracking). The more I used the device, the less effect I felt. Now when I lay on the true back I don't feel much movement at all, but still have issues with misalignment. I am neutral on weather or not I would recommend this device. I feel it could help some people with worse conditions than mine. I would however discourage anyone from spending the extra money to upgrade to the vibrating feature, as I don't feel it helped at all.

I love It!! Light, portable and it really works. My lower back pain has lessened since using True Back. I use it twice daily when I can and feel instant relief once I have finished. Took me a while to be able to comfortably use the " high" end of the True Back but bit by bit it is getting easier and I feel great afterwards. Well worth having in the home if you suffer from back pain.

Vibrating True Back is very well made. You have the option for two vibration levels (low & high). Getting use to lay on it takes few times of trial. You can use it for both upper and lower part of your vertebrae by turning it around. I have had very significant lower back pain recently. I did go to Chiropractor few times and received acupuncture treatment. My lower back pain was still there to a certain point. With this device, I spend 20 minutes a day (10 minutes for each direction). My back's flexibility is back. I no longer feel any pain unless if I attempt to lift something very heavy (I avoid that too) with a very slight pain. I recommend True Back to anybody with back pain. It is a money well spend.

Having suffered from low back pain for a few years after watching the commercials for The Trueback I decided to give it a try. As in the commercial I placed it on the floor and carefully lowered myself to the floor and placed my back on The Trueback. After following the directions I was amazed at the releaf I felt. My back does not bother me any more I believe it fell into place while using The Trueback. I keep The Trueback in my closet where I know where it is just in case I have problems again. I am so thankful I purchased this item for it worked for me. (The one I purchased does not vibrate or use batteries)
