Pretty good definitely works better than the chalky dissolvable tablets. Tasted great and I think it does have a slightly noticeable effect on energy levels when taking. Just be careful with the dropper. Whatever dye is in this (or natural coloring) is VERY strong red and will stain.

I ordered this because my B-12 is within the normal range but still on the low side. I tried B-12 tablets but they made me nauseous. This product is economical and easy to use, but don't get the bright red liquid on your clothes! The bottle is sealed with a cellophane wrap and comes in a box. It is a bit of a chore to remove the wrap, especially if you have arthritic fingers. Room for improvement there.
