The smell and flavor are incredible. A deep chocolate taste.My only issue was a difficulty getting ti to mix thoroughly. Required quite a bit of stirring.

This product tastes more like hot cocoa than hot chocolate. It's a lot richer, another words, more thick than hot chocolate. This stuff makes me think of the hot cocoa that Mom used to make when I was a child. However, it's not as sweet as what mom made. I was thinking about trying to mix this stuff with regular hot chocolate and see if I can make it a little more sweet. It does taste ok. Not great but good. I doubt however, that I will buy this product again since it is a lot more expensive.

Not sure what else to say. This is really good hot chocolate. I suggest a little peppermint schnapps on a cold day, to liven it up. Convenient single pouches

My nice mentioned this gift to me just the other day. She said it was the best hot chocolate she had ever had. I will get it again for her.

This is a tasty hot chocolate and would be a good gift. I bought it to give as a gift, but it was damaged in shipping. The package was smashed and the packets were crinkled. They look worn as if they are not fresh. I can't give this as a gift!

Price is great, the flavor rather bland, chalky.
