Have been looking everywhere specifically for an end grain cutting board (the end grains move apart when slicing usually) made out of walnut (softer than maple so gentler on knives) that has drip grooves (meats and fruits spills annoy me) on one side for my growing collection of Japanese knives. The 3 little cutout compartments on the other side were icing on the cake. Also, I didn't want to pay the world for it. This board seemed like the perfect fit! Have ordered some food grade mineral oil for this board to help look after it and hope it lasts for quite some time as it would be a pain to warranty it in Australia!

This cutting board is absolutely beautiful as well as functional. I appreciate the separate spaces to hold different vegetables being chopped, as well as the feet on both sides to eliminate the board sliding along the counter. I am so happy to have spent the money on this healthy alternative to cheap, plastic cutting boards.

Absolutely awesome quality. The craftsmanship is AMAZING. I felt it was a little expensive until I got it. It's worth every penny and I'm positive it will outlast me lol A++++
