They provide about 9 times the daily recommended amount of zinc. Combined with a Vitamin C tablet, these really help boost immune responses in your body.

I picked this up because I am always in need of zinc. These days I can't take a risk of getting sick so I always try to take Zinc to boost my immune system, especially if I feel a bit under the weather. I have had good luck with this brand and also this product. Will likely pick up more in the future once this bottle is gone. I like this brand because so far I haven't seen any of their stuff having other additives in it the way some brands do.

It is non GMO which is great. It is Vegan for those that appreciate that. Zinc is great for immunity support, especially combined with other things such as C, D3 or Elderberry.
