I wanted a less pricy option than Pur for Men. I am the target audience. A guy dude who enjoys certain activities. I also frequently deal with, uh, ISSUES, in that area. Of the digestive variety. If I eat something that I know is going to be a particular mess on the way out, I’ll throw one of these down after that meal with some fluids (I cant take 2 at once, 2 makes me very gassy and uncomfortable). The uh end result is as advertised, it all comes out. And it makes preparing for “fun” SOOOOOOOO much easier as a result. 👍🏻

This has been the best product I've used to help control my IBS. If you're someone who has to poo many times a day, doesn't fully evacuate and has consistently loose stools then I would definitely recommend giving this a try! Of course the added bonus is clean up time for bumping uglies is almost always easy breezy now. Win win. I just wish it cost less. It adds up.

I suffer from IBS. Gastrointestinal doctor has recommended taking fiber supplements. I have tried all the brands with no luck, they make me bloated and constipated. Fresh seems to do the job, but can only tolerate 1 capsule in morning and 1 in evening.. Any other amounts give's me stomach cramps and bloating. My systems seen to toleratethere only 2 fiber bills a day. Better that leading brands.

Got this after trying PURE to see if it would work better/same effect for a lower price. I had less gas with this product, but omg the cramps this gave me were absolutely terrible!! It may have been just me, but I had to stop taking this...will be going back to PURE. Not necessarily a bad product just not good for me.

First off what I like about this product is that the serving size is only 2 capsules. Most other fiber supplements I have tried require 4, 5, or sometimes more to achieve the same results that this product delivers. Serving size aside this product simply works. In my opinion better than most supplements on the shelves.

So this stuff does what it says it will do. It took a few days to get the real "fresh" feeling but it evacuates everything smoothly and quickly.I use as just a regular fiber supplement and I will never go to back to those powders and chews you find at the everyday, mundane places. I am going to continue to purchase.

I was having some issues and was looking for some kind of fiber supplement and this popped up in suggestions. At first wasn't aware it was marketed to gay men, or "bottoms" ... but anyone looking to be regular could benefit from this product. It works quickly and works great and is a reasonable price. I would recommend it.

This is a good fiber source, however, it does not do as good a job as PURE for Men. It did not "clean" or "scrub" out as well as PURE did. It just seemed to give me loose bowel movements all of the time. I will not purchase again. Going to spend the extra $3 and get the PURE for Men again.
