Great clubs for a great price. Perfect for beginner wedges. Highly recommend.

I bought the complete set from a sporting goods store, and still needed these three wedges. This is the prefect addition to the Powerbuilt starter set and a good deal for those like me who are just getting into golf!

At first, I would have given these clubs a 5/5. Great price and decent quality. I used the 60 degree wedge for the first time and it snapped in half on my upswing (didn't even hit the ball/ground yet!). I think it must have been damaged when it was Ishipped. I reached out to the maker and asked if they would replace it (as they should). Depending on how they handle this situation will dictate what my future rating is.Update: they're sending me a replacement and had very responsive customer service which was very appreciated!

I've always bought the brand name wedge because I didn't know better. Spending $120 and up per wedge made sense because I love golf. Well time finally came to retire my 60 degree and I couldn't find a replacement. I can't stand to mix my wedges and needed to buy a set. I searched other sites and decided to weigh my options here with Amazon. I ended up with these primarily because the 60 degree has the low bounce I'm looking for. Took them to the range today and am very impressed. Time will tell but so far so good. Yardages were a match in comparison to my old wedges. The grips are a bit on the thin side, but at this price point for all 3 wedges, I can regrip them if it becomes a bother. Powerbilt truly has some quality to there name, especially if their wedges stand up to 2 days a week golf.

Wow, I'm astonished by the quality for the price. For a $60 price point you get three beautiful wedges that work as good as they look. Solid feel off the faces, a little softer than other brands. Steel shafts feel fine, only thing I don't personally prefer is their grips, but that's just me. Overall this is a great beginners set, but really just a good set overall.
