4 Colors Temporary Hair Color for Kids, Teens - Hair Spray in Green, Red, Blue, Purple - Washable DIY Halloween Hair Color Wax

I have dark, thick, wavy hair, and I wanted to have it colored purple/styled for a Halloween costume. Dying was out of the question, and any of the temporary spray colors would not show up/hold. I ordered this wax on a whim, and took it to a local stylist to see what could be done. I was floored by the results! The key with this product is to work it into dry hair, and properly coat the hair with it. My stylist used a flat paint-styled brush to coat it on my hair. They then curled my hair with the wax in place. The wax hardened around my hair, allowing it to keep the same form despite a long night of partying/dancing. I imagine the wax would have hardened without the heat/curling treatment. When I got home at the end of the night, all of the wax easily washed out of my hair with a hot shower, and it didn't stain the bathtub. It simply washed down the drain without a problem. All of the hair in the pictures is my actual hair. After reading through the negative reviews, it seems the way others applied the product might be the issue. I couldn't have asked for a better product or color my beard, eyebrows, and hair. It did everything I could ask for! My stylist was even shocked with how perfectly everything turned out.

The color worked so much better than I expected. We used the purple for Rumi Halloween costume and put it in after we did the braid. We had to use a lot but it stayed in for 16 hours and looked amazing. It’s wet to the touch at first so be careful. It doesn’t style the hair but you can use it with another product which we did for spikes on another occasion. Washes out with a few good lather and rinse cycles.

These temporary hair colors are amazing! The colors are bright, easy to apply, and wash out without any problem. My kids had so much fun using them for parties and school events. The texture is smooth and doesn’t make the hair sticky or hard. Great quality and totally safe for kids — highly recommend!

I bought this for the purple to go on my daughter’s hair for her Rumi costume and boy was it pigmented! It showed up very brightly on her dark brown hair, but boy was it messy to apply. You had to really cake it on. Also made a bit of a mess where it rubbed off on clothes, but did seem to come off in the wash without staining.

Not a dye, more like a colored styling wax. My nephew really wanted a red mohawk but I didn't want to actually dye his hair, came looking on Amazon and found this pack and am so happy! We ended up doing a blue mohawk for his game and I was able to put this in his hair and it held the mohawk alllll day better than styling gel and it was bright blue alllll day too. We're excited to try the other colors now too. He is blonde so it showed really well. My older stepson wanted to try it on just the front of his hair and he has dark brown hair and it wasn't as bright but could still see it (you can see them both as comparison in the one pic). There isn't a whole lot in each jar but enough to do a few hairstyles on short hair, I'd say. It's thick and stays wet for a bit til it drys but once it's dry we didn't have any of the color rub off anywhere. Washing it out was easy enough. Because it had hardened we just started off with warm water until it softened and the color started flowing out with the water, then I added shampoo and kept washing and it was all out within a minute or two with absolutely no color left in the hair. I'll definitely be a repeat buyer and would recommend it to anyone wanting wash out color. Arrived overnight as well, was happy it showed up before his first game!
